I really hope the images of human/dinosaur hybrids I saw have no basis in the story for the new one. I haven't followed anything about this, but that kind of Dr. Moreau shit would really turn me off.

Yeah. Means I don't get one either. Frin, how long ago did you see those concept arts? I don't believe anything has been leaked from the current script yet.

Been a while. I just happened across them looking for...hell if I can remember. But even though it said concept designs, I was frowning because any hybrid stuff would be lame.

No. Newman was Newman before, and throughout everything he's done since. It was ordained by the galactic rules of fuck you, he's Newman.

No, he became Nedry, the day he squealed in delight at the secret whipped cream embryonic container.

Seems like another case of a studio hiring the bright eyed inexperienced guy with a personal attachment to the franchise because he'll be their bitch. Doesn't inspire confidence.

no uh-ohs my friend Colin Trevorrow has re-written the script as that was part of the deal when universal signed him. The Studio received his scripted a few days ago and is really happy with what he wants to do, so they delayed the original release date of June 13, 2014, so that he has ample time to make his vision come to life. He is currently living in Hawaii scouting locations and has already tweeted a few pics and teased a return to isla Nublar. there was a rumor of some internal changes to the crew, but that hasnt been confirmed.

Sorry, but that sounds really stupid. It misses the entire point of the first movie and book.

Sorry, but that sounds really stupid. It misses the entire point of the first movie and book. Yea it is odd. But at the same time I really would love to see a fully functioning park on screen. The only real thing that throws me off is the trained dinos.

It mentions the muzzles specifically, I bet they are more submissive rather tame (tame may be the wrong word) when the muzzles are on, like dogs, and have handlers holding chains but once the muzzles break off or are removed, they are just as wild, and even angry, they should be. This would bring back the theme of not being able to control nature.

That sounds horrible. So do they also trim the velociraptor's claws? They looked to be more deadly than their jaws.

I think the new dino is the carnotaurus, in the book there were two that attacked at night and they were chameleon type creatures

That plot requires Jason Statham or Nic Cage.
