I rewatched like the last 6 episodes of season 2 to remember what happened to Slade in the end and damn, I forgot just how epic it got. Now I'm more psyched for this season, since the first 2 did such a good job of raising the stakes and building to awesome finales.

I was hoping for a live-action Deadshot figure. The proportions and likeness look sort of off but still pretty cool. I've always thought The Dark Archer design was too plain for a figure, so that's an easy pass, wish they would've gone with island Slade or Huntress.

Great episode this week! Lots of action and a nice south american change of scenery. From next week's preview it looks like things are escalating quickly this season.

Johns' father from "Riddick" is Ra's Al Ghul. Which is both cool and disappointing. Cuz, I like that guy. He's like Robert Forster with muscles, which is funny. But he doesn't seem all that right for the part.

I'm gonna try moving the discussion back to this thread so we can drop spoilers and stuff. Meh he was too Batman-y. But I guess they've been compared to one another for decades. Still I'm surprised in a good way with how good Flash is. Really looking forward to the Rogues being fully assembled, Grodd (I swear to God CW don't fuck with me here), and Mark Hamill reprising The Trickster. Okay, the snowy mountain was a bit much. I liked Brandon Routh's deal more than I expected. I've heard rumors that he may get his own series and that might not be a bad thing. I'm also glad Roy's not the killer, they need to do something decent with his character soon though, they have yet to make him really likable. The Ra's Al Ghul casting wasn't as bad as I expected once I heard his accent.

Forgot there was even a thread for this.
True about Routh. I'm glad they're treating Ray Palmer with the respect he deserves. The Atom kicks fucking ass. Haven't heard about him getting his own series though. They're going nuts with these shows.

Arrow's gotten back to a cool place after an arc that felt pretty stretched out. I'm looking forward to some island fun next week.

To be honest at this point I'm only watching Arrow to see The Atom but I'm a little worried his suit will look too Iron Man. I read the other day that he'll be showing up on The Flash sometime soon so that should be cool.

This is old news to those who stuck with this thing, but I just found out that Nick Tarabay plays (played) Digger Harkness. They cast an Australian to play Slade and another Australian to play Ra's Al Ghul, but they cast a Lebanese-American to play the most Australian character in the entire DC Universe, ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME? And I love Nick Tarabay, I watched every episode of Spartacus and Asher was my guy. I usually don't mind race/ethnicity changes when a comic goes to the screen, but Jesus Christ. He didn't even talk with an Australian accent, did he? No.

Ghostrider tells me the character's cool, but he was written as one of the most one-dimensional villains on the show. Nothing but bad one-liners.

I saw that Stephen Amell from Arrow recently ran through the American Ninja Warrior course for charity and it was pretty awesome. Though, it did seem like the commentators played it up a bit too much. www.facebook.com/nbc/videos/10155363602595746/I'm like a full season behind on Arrow. It's hit or miss, but I'm hearing the last season was good and I'd like to catch it at some point.
