I agree that there were great comics put out by publishers in the 90s. I was just generalizing that alot of over-produced shit was put out then and it really hurt the comic book industry. I agree. That kinda shit nearly did Marvel in. Especially the habit they had of popular characters making cameos in low-selling titles just to boost sales. That just led to overexposure of certain characters and people stopped giving a shit. That and I hated the art style that they certain books had (that manga-esque style Joe Madureira made popular).
