Got an Earthworm Jim in the mail today. No pics, yeah I suck, but I'm still waiting for a second part of the order, a Marvel select Deadpool.

Okay, so for my first Select figure, I'm really impressed with how he looks and what he comes with. I'm not at all happy about the floppy joints, warped-as-hell base, and massive amount of oil he's coated in.
There's only one peg for the right foot, which has a hole way too big for it, and he has bad ankles so he falls back against the wall. Can't really do anything dynamic with him, and he can't lift his arms any higher than John McCain.

Heard thats a common complaint with Marvel Select figures. Most people that I know that buy them keep them moc due to those issues.

Keeping Deadpool constrained inside his packaging is way too intentionally hipster ironic for me to be comfortable with.

The last toy haul that I got: Movie Hawkeye -- that was last year. Cool as shit. Really look like the actor very much.
Haven't got any toys in a while after that. I'm more into Movie toys these days.

Got the new Roadblock at TRU today because they had nothing there, of anything, and I wanted something. LOL Wife dug the TRU podracer pilot collection, so we got that and a blue clone for 1/2 price.

^Sounds like my TRU experience yesterday. NOTHING. And then I had to go out and buy something today to make it right lol. I think that Roadblock is really badass though.

I ordered this from Amazon on the 13th, and it's finally here! S.H. MonsterArts Fire Rodan! I got it for about $38 with free shipping. Fire Rodan is from the 1993 film "Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla". (following text taken from this page. )"After being defeated and left for dead by Godzilla following a fight on the small island where his and Baby Godzilla's eggs are found, Rodan was revived by the psychic song of an ancient plant that had covered the eggs. Godzilla's radiation mutated Rodan into "Fire Rodan", changing his colors from brown and tan to brick red and light yellow/gold. Fire Rodan also gained a uranium heat ray as a weapon, similar to Godzilla's Atomic Breath. Besides that, Fire Rodan remained basically the same as Rodan." First thing's first: This figure is tiny. Based on pictures I had seen online, I had expected this figure to be much larger than it is. If I had to guess, I'd say it's a little over 4 inches tall. It's in perfect scale with the other figures in the line though, and the wings do a lot to make this figure feel bigger than it actually is. Maybe later I can take some comparison pictures with other figures just to show you how small he is. He's sculpted and painted amazingly well for a figure this small, however. Every bit of him looks exactly like it did on screen, aside from the articulation points, of course. If you look closely, there are even little blue veins snaking across his wings. The articulation is as good as I've come to expect from this line. There were a few stuck joints here and there, but they became unstuck soon enough, and work perfectly now. The one thing I worry about is that a lot of the joints are really tiny, and I worry that might make them extra fragile. I've been cranking the joints around for about an hour now and nothing has broken yet, so maybe my fears are unfounded. Rodan can take on just about any pose you could want him to. His wings even have hinges in them to allow them to fold inward. And if Rodan himself wasn't enough, he comes with quite a few accessories that will make him worth owning for anyone who collects this line, or at least has Godzilla. First one I'll talk about is his "perch stand" This allows you to display Fire Rodan in a standing pose without having to balance him on his tiny feet. It has a forked top that you slip the tail through. With the tail firmly in place, he just kinda "sits" on the perch. On the stage is a red silhouette of Fire Rodan, with his name in large block letters underneath it. This stand might be useful to others, but I don't think I'll be using it much. His other stand is a flight stand, and is much more useful for display purposes, IMO. It's actually 3 separate pieces, with the flight harness attaching to a peg on the top of a Tamashii Stage stem. The stage has a silhouette of a Pteranodon with the words "Pteranodon Forever, Kazuma Aoki" surrounding it. This refers to a scientist in the film that made a ridable robotic Pteranodon in order to study Baby Godzilla. There is a third stage made for the effect parts. It is a clear base with no graphics on it. All three of these bases are molded in clear plastic with gold glitter inside the plastic in order to emulate an ember effect. Speaking of the effect parts, this is where this set really shines. The first is Fire Rodan's Uranium Heat Beam, which he used to battle Mechagodzilla in the film. It is molded in a pinkish-purple, and appears to have a silver wash to create a pearlescent, shimmery look. The other beam included in the set is actually intended for Godzilla, and probably also works with the S.H. MonsterArts Burning Godzilla. This is Godzilla's Red Spiral Ray, a huge badass red beam that he gained after gaining Fire Rodan's energy, and used throughout the rest of the 90's movies, the last usage being in the 2004 film "Godzilla: Final Wars". It's much larger than Godzilla's regular atomic ray, and is colored in gradient shades of red, orange and yellow, with extra bits of energy swirling around the main ray. In my opinion, this is probably the best effect part yet. There is one last accessory here, but it's for a figure I don't have yet. I may change that the next time I happen upon $60. That won't happen for a very long time, though. Anyway, it's an alternate head for Mechagodzilla, with a pecked-out eye to represent the point in the film where Rodan attacked Mechagodzilla and broke his eye. As you all could probably already tell, I am 100% addicted to this line, and this will not be my last one. This figure is a fantastic addition, and one I am very glad to have. Thanks for looking.

@frin No pics no haul @ Alien INCREDIBLE haul!! As for me this is what I bought from TRU earlier Iron Man 3 Assemblers War Machine (these Assemblers don't look good in package) But looks really nice when you unpack and assemble them (welcome to the dark side!) And in scale with the 4" movie figs (that's me at the lower left in Peter Parker's costume!)
