What a fun game to watch. And I've loved seeing the 49ers under Harbaugh this season.
I kind of thought the Broncos would be doing a little better, but they never even showed up to play.

I have a funny story about this. I'll type it up when I'm done in the bathroom and in front of my computer.

Wow the Patriots are assholes... they are up already, they are obviously going to win. Why play so fucking hard? What the fuck? This game cements my hatred for the CHEATriots. (see what I did there)

Really? Assholes not even halfway through the third quarter with tons of time left? There's still time for a team to come back. Not a shitty one like Denver, but still. ;D Remember the largest second half comeback by the Bills against the Oilers? Shit happens, and you play the game until the clock is done ticking. Otherwise, you shouldn't play the game at all.

True. I don't like the Broncos, I know they arn't going to win. My team is the Chargers. I just hate how the Patriots are playing. They are just rubbing it in. They could just run it and start filtering in their B-Team. However, it looks personal. Just look at all of these broken broncos. This is a massacre. I don't think they will make it to the Super Bowl though.

It was waaaaay too early to think about nursing the points they had at that time. No one quits at halftime. If they did I would hope they'd lose.

I could see the point about rubbing it in if they were up say 62-10 with like 5 or 6 minutes in the game and they were still trying for the end zone...but like frinny said, play hard or don't play at all.
I think New England is using this as a warmup game. Their next opponents (either Baltimore OR Houston) are going to be harder to beat than Denver is.

They're gonna need the defense they had tonight to win, not the crapass version they ranked at the bottom with all season.

From one of the best games I've seen to one of the worst. I don't think the Pats were running up the score. Its just the nature of the NFL now. 35+ points seems to be the norm now with teams like the Packers, Saints and Patriots who all normally run out of the spread offense. I hate where the NFL has gone. Yea, maybe its more entertaining with all those points scored, but I'd still rather see a good defensive game, then teams march up and down the field on each other.

Really wanted Tebow to win but only because I hate the Patriots so much. Like they say, if you ain't cheating you ain't trying. Well played Pats by bringing in former Brons' head coach.

I don't hate the Pats, I'm just bored as hell of seeing them. I'd like the Packers gone, too.

Here's my little story. And it involves me not caring for sports noe-too-much, and everybody in this state's entirety hating the Saints 4 years ago, all the way back to when they founded. Everyone called them "the Aints" before they won a Superbowl.
I swing by my father-in-law's place to pick up the kids- who had spent the night- before heading to their aunt's birthday party. Upon arriving, I see the old paw-in-law enjoying the game just as the 49ers are passing the ball. They drop a yard or so before the 1st down line, and it was then that I decided to act sad and hopeful that the 49ers would reach 1st on the next play. My father-in-law looks to me, none too pleased look in his eyes, and says, "they're from San Francisco. Bunch of gays. Must be why you like them so much."
After he winks at me I ask, "Who's winning?"
FIL: "Score is 14 to 20." ME: "In whose favor?" FIL: "San Francisco's" ME: "Well, that proves it." FIL: "What does that prove?" ME: "Gays really do know how to handle shit."

I dunno about that. I'd like to see a HarBowl. ;D No more Packers either. Can't believe the Texans just stood Rice up at the line on 4th and goal. Cool.

I'm liking the direction of this game. And a touchdown. That'll just about wrap things up. Now I hope SF outdoes the Giants at home next.
