Should be interesting to see how they work RAW next week. Pretty cool story line, if they work it right.

Yeah!
As far as Smackdown, I watched it earlier today and it was pretty much crap except the Big Show/Mark Henry stuff.

I met Virgil at Comic Con. Extremely nice guy, but I felt sorry for him for some reason.

I got to meet Hulk Hogan at TRU appearance in the mid-80's. It was like looking up at a giant, but he was great with me and my Dad, as well. He was polite and shook my Dad's hand saying, "nice to meet you, sir." When it was my turn he winced and said, "don't break my hand, brother!" I'm sure he did that with all the kids, but it was still completely awesome to me. Afterward my Dad bought me M.A.S.K. Rhino semi truck before leaving TRU. That was a great Saturday afternoon

Awesome! ;D As much as I rag on Hogan, I'd flip out if he 'randomly' showed up in the WWE again.

I hate Brock Lesnar the wrestler and I don't like Brock Lesnar the MMA fighter much more, but he was a really good coach on his season of TUF.

Another legendary story from supertim! That is amazing. Thanks raz! I saw my Dad the other day and thanked him for taking me to TRU in Humble, TX (25 years ago) to meet Hulk Hogan. My Dad is 82 and it took him awhile, but he remembered and we had a good chuckle about it. As a parent one does things for their children that they dread , but it makes it worthwhile to see the children so elated when everything falls into place. Looking back my parents did truckloads of things I know they must have hated, and rarely complained about. I'm probably shutting out a lot of the complaining to romanticize the thought, but oh well hahaha.

Speaking of wrasslin': My youngest nephew has gone WWE crazy, and asked for wrestling toys for his 9th birthday. I told my wife what I ordered (after discussing what to get him with my brother), and that our youngest nephew has tasted the sting if the wrestling bug, as all little boys do. She does not believe that "every" little boy likes wrestling. YES THEY DO. Am I wrong? I was lucky to grow up watching Hogan/JYD/Macho Man/Andre/King Kong Bundy/Roddy Piper/Flair/etc so it was great stuff as a kid. I lost interest in Jr. High but watched a little during college, mainly out of boredom. Our son is 10 months & I told my wife he will be crazy about WWE at some point. "Not every boy likes wrestling. I won't allow it." I said that won't be possible. His friends will likely be knee deep in it, and he will be interested by default, anyway. So there It won't be forced on him by either of us, but if he likes it, he likes it. TRU/Target/Wally World each has half a toy aisle or more with wrestling toys. It's big business or there wouldn't be so much of it out there. Pro Wrestling is about as close to a soap opera that a male will ever get to, until they discover all the insanely hot women on the Spanish channels later on. WWE is story lines and melodrama with larger than life characters/personalities that happen to fight each other in the "squared circle." Wrestling is soap opera format programming with choreographed fighting, pyrotechnics here and there, and some thin storytelling. Boys don't care. All they know is that the Atomic Leg Drop is a force not to be taken lightly.

Jesus Christ. I remember watching rasslin at my grandma's house on Saturdays when I was a kid, when the Undertaker was a new face with Paul Bearer leading him in. Feeling old as dirt over here.
