They make a lot better flavors than their original fo'sho. Got any recommendations? I like their summer ale too.

Haven't tried too many, but wifespar is looking at the myriad options right now on their site, and says if you're not taking advantage of your proximity to them and trying everything, you suck. Not really serious. Try them all as they show up. Several that aren't brewed right now sound really good. Grapefruit was a surprising base in some brand I tried last summer. Find something like that.

True dat. Newcastle Werewolf is another favorite I've discovered, it's the best blend of the citrusy flavor I tend to like and a good strong beer flavor I've found, but it's only available in the fall. I've tried a blueberry ale and it made me wanna puke.

Shock Top Raspberry Wheat Belgian Ale is not very far out of my comfort zone, but I'm trying it. It's alright but tastes kinda cheap and the fruit flavor dominates the beer flavor.

I dig the water flavors. I've been hooked on the Hawaiian Punch Green Berry Rush lately. Fuck, that's tasty stuff.

The Rhubarb Drink is sold at Ikea and it is super concentrated. I made the mistake of taking a big ass swig before I discovered that. I thought I was going to fucking die.

I also discovered for best results you need to only use about one fourth of the strawberry dust.

Closest Ikea is next to Todd McFucktard's Outlet of HALO Shit. Plus, Ikea sucks all the dicks. Fucking hate that place. Which means I'll never know the glory of such a flavor combination.

So, I brought Sam Adams Summer Ale to a housewarming party, thinking it'd be a nice, ever so slightly sophisticated choice. Everyone else brought it too.

Sounds pretty damn good. In the second season of "Justified" the matriarch of the villainous Bennett family was renowned for her apple pie moonshine. Saw someone drinking a cherry brandy-based drink tonight and looked up some various recipes to see what it might have been. Lots of them sounded really frickin' tasty.

HER: Oops! Uh oh. Oh man.
ME: What? That's not something I want to hear.
HER: I stabbed a hole in the side of the fridge.
ME: Are you sure you should be wielding a knife of that size with the amount of alcohol that's in your body right now?
HER: We only had four [shots].
ME: K.

^ Who gives a shit. Ain't nobody I know, so he entertained me. I had one of these with dinner: Was very good. I was in the mood for a hoppy pale ale, and this delivered. Such a rich, full flavor for an IPA. Wifespar had a Big Leaf Maple ale with her dinner: It was not at all mapley, and was even more bitter and hoppier than mine. Not a great choice. She got a chocolate stout for later from the same maker as my HLV, and I got a porter from...someone. lol
