I broke down and got the season pass. My PS4 is normally offline and it's a real pain in the ass to connect it (my house doesn't have internet except for the occasional weak wi-fi signal, long story, don't ask) but I decided to get the Season of Infamy DLC so I trucked the console over to a friend's house to update the system and download the new stuff. Then I saw the price for the season pass was ten bucks cheaper than I thought, so I bought it. I've only finished the Season of Infamy missions, the Harley mission and a few of the new challenges. I'm still looking forward to finishing the rest of it. The new Batmobile and character skins are cool but a little boring (a Jason Todd Robin skin and Dark Knight Returns Batmobile would've been nice, and more than one Batgirl skin). I want to do another playthrough of the story mode to see how the new Most Wanted missions blend into the overall game.
I can see why people were disappointed with the DLC, but I'm still glad I have it now even though I kinda hate the whole concept.

The Batmobiles are what really bummed me out. Most are so much better than the default but you only get to use them for races that I could care less about because tank battles. To everyone clamoring for the Batmobile to be included I hope you're happy because I personally could've done without it.

I loved the Batmobile in the main game. I'm in the minority that liked the tank battles, and tearing through the streets and ejecting out into a glide is insanely awesome. It was something Rocksteady pretty much had to include in the series at this point, and they pulled it off really well.
But I think a DKR Batmobile skin is a no-brainer. It's already a tank in that comic, so they could've kept the transforming feature with some minor tweaks to the design.

Also, why the hell isn't Arkham Knight a playable character? I know there's the Red Hood DLC, but a few combat/predator challenges for AK would've been fun.

Suffering through the Batgirl level now. This mission design is fucking awful.

Yeah, the Batgirl DLC is the weakest. That and Robin's both felt pretty pointless. You can change Red Hood's skin in the skins menu to play as Arkham Knight on the AR challenges.

The fight at the end of the Batgirl level was really cool (I love the classic Harley look, even though it doesn't match at all with the series aesthetic) but the whole thing was really poorly designed. I was stuck for nearly an hour trying to defuse one of the bombs because the entrance to the area is right next to a group of thugs that attack if you get close, and then the game won't let you hop the barrier to get to the bomb. I thought the idea was you had to beat the thugs and reach the bomb in time before the timer hits zero, but it was really just shoddy design or just a glitch they didn't bother to fix. If I'd paid full price for this level I'd be really pissed off.

All the side stories are pretty weak. Nightwing's was probably the best IMO but that's not saying much.
Scott Porter just did a good job voicing him. He had a really good balance of serious and smartass.

Glad I played the Batgirl DLC first because the rest are all much better. Maybe it's because thr Batgirl one was so much longer than the rest, but it feels rushed and sloppy in a way the others didn't. Even though they all have the same combat/stealth/combat pattern they're still really fun, even though the robot fight at the end of the Catwoman level is maybe the toughest fight in any Arkham game. That shit was BRUTAL.

It took me about 6 tries before realizing counter moves and takedowns work against you in that fight and you have to be aggressive as hell and keep up your combo.

azrael's final encounter in ng+ is toughest thing in the game in my opinion
no counter prompts, one hit and you're done
I recorded one of my successful attempts
edit: oops, guess I already posted this but whatever
