Kind of, but I saw the first one, so maybe "easy" is relative.

Right on one count. However, the quote isn't off, though. Just rewatched that bit. If you google it, the quote is actually off on offcolortv.com and charactergrades.com. Anyway you will be "exalted" or whatever it's called now, come morning....and it's your turn again.

These quotes are all too obscure for me anyway.

Okay, but the game seems to have stalled. It does that from time to time. You could just google them like Optronix clearly did with mine Nothing wrong with using google, it's allowed. Game creator here. Hmmmm. Something a bit more historical than pop culture. You must tell me what word this quote is talking about, and who it is talking about, if you actually guess it, I'll give you 10 Honor's. "He writes the worst English that I have ever encountered. It reminds me of a string of wet sponges; it reminds me of tattered washing on the line; it reminds me of stale bean soup, of college yells, of dogs barking idiotically through endless nights. It is so bad that a sort of grandeur creeps into it. It drags itself out of the dark abysm of pish, and crawls insanely up the topmost pinnacle of posh. It is rumble and bumble. It is flap and doodle. It is balder and dash."

Yes, I'll give two for the word and the person if you look it up.

In fact, I'll up the stakes, 100 Honors if someone can tell me without looking it up.

Hot damn. But you didn't say what word it is about.

Not the answer I was looking for. But close. All of two more things worth guessing,

Your turn. I think we should do some history based ones. And it doesn't need to be just quotes.

No, not in the speech itself, but that's part of what the quote is referencing. He was known for walking around talking about how he liked to bloviate, and would say it a lot.
He was more dumbass and puppet than anything else. I can't find the quote but when he was announced as running for election his father said something along the lines of, "Just like a girl you never could say no."

Just don't see the point of stickies, really. Especially those that sit dead for 6 months.

Anyway, I'm taking this thread for my own.
Tell me where this came from and you have to be specific:
